Remembering WWII is free and open to the public — no registration is required to attend.
Registration is only needed if you plan to participate as a reenactor, bring a vehicle, volunteer, vend, or are a WWII veteran.

The most treasured part of this event is having veterans to thank! Veterans of World War II, or a relative or friend, are encouraged to register online so event coordinators will know the number of veterans in attendance.

We ask that you check in upon arrival at the Veteran’s Registration Table in the Vet Building (located at 101 E. Main St. Linden, TN, 37096). Veterans receive two complimentary meal tickets per meal.

Bring history to life on the streets of downtown Linden as part of our full-scale WWII battle reenactment.
For all reenactors participating in the battles. This category includes nurses who would like to play a role in the scenario.

Battle Time Frame: D-Day + 10. Accurate impressions required.

Step back into the 1940s as a civilian! Dress in period-accurate clothing and become part of the living history experience. Civilian impressionists add authenticity and charm to the event, helping visitors truly feel transported to the WWII era.

Registration is required if you’ll be in 1940s civilian clothing and volunteering on the day of the event.

No registration is needed if you’re planning to attend as a spectator in authentic civilian 1940s attire.

Share your authentic WWII artifacts, memorabilia, or educational displays with thousands of visitors. Historical display participants help bring the story of World War II to life for attendees of all ages.

Display your authentic WWII-era vehicle in the heart of downtown Linden! Your vehicle becomes part of the living history experience for thousands of visitors.

For WWII-era period vehicles (living history or static), both military and civilian.

NOTE: If you are a reenactor AND have a vehicle, sign up as a reenactor and say yes when asked if you have a period vehicle.

Join us as a vendor selling militaria, WWII-related items, firearms, reenacting supplies, antiques, and collectibles (primarily 1900s-1940s). Booth space is approximately 10’x10′ — bring your own tables and chairs.

Set-up can begin at 5pm, Friday (Sept. 28). The vendor area will be secured over Friday night.

Volunteers are the backbone of Remembering WWII! Without your help, none of this would be possible. We need dedicated volunteers in a variety of roles in the months before the event and throughout the day of the event — from setup to breakdown and everything in between.
